Dave Regan, P. Eng, PMP

Dave Regan, P. Eng, PMP has over 30 years of work experience in various engineering and management roles. Dave is currently working as a Project Manager at Innovasea since July 2021.

Prior to this, Dave worked at Trecan Combustion Limited for over 20 years. Dave started as a Production Engineer and later took on the roles of Project Engineer and Quality Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for designing and coordinating research and development projects, as well as implementing a quality assurance system to improve production processes and reduce errors.

Before joining Trecan Combustion Limited, Dave worked at Atlantic Orient Corporation Inc. as a Production Manager and Field Service Representative. Dave traveled internationally to install wind turbines and was also involved in sourcing critical parts.

Dave's earlier experience includes working as a Production Engineer at Fabco Industries Inc. and as a Project Engineer (shutdown contract) at Irving Pulp and Paper. Dave began their career as a Production Engineer at Saint John Shipbuilding.

Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has achieved notable accomplishments, such as saving costs by bringing wiring installation tasks in-house and resolving production issues to ensure timely delivery of products. Dave is a licensed Professional Engineer (P. Eng) and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Dave Regan, P. Eng, PMP has pursued their education at the University of New Brunswick. The specific degree and field of study have not been provided. In addition to their academic background, Regan has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2020.
