David Kelly

David Kelly has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. In 1982, they started as a Sr. Engineer at Texas Instruments and stayed there until 1997. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a Sr Principal Engineer at Raytheon. David then moved on to esoftsolutions, where they served as Vice President from 2000 to 2002. Following that, they joined Battelle as the VP of Information Technology Solutions from 2002 to 2007. From 2008 to 2014, Kelly was the President & CEO of Bluefin Robotics. David then became the CTO at InnovaSea Systems from July 2015 to January 2016, and later took on the role of CEO & CTO at Innovasea from February 2016 to the present. Alongside these roles, Kelly has also held positions on the Board of Advisors for Riptide Autonomous Solutions (2015-2019), Open Water Power (2016-2017), and Hefring Engineering (2019-present).

David Kelly obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. David then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas. Later, they attended Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
