Tina Mbachu Obodozie

Tina Mbachu Obodozie, MSc. PMP, serves as the Executive Director of Innovate Africa Foundation and is the Founder and CEO of Catalyst Venture. With extensive experience in investment readiness, Tina founded Gender Impact Consulting, where support was provided to Ferris 360 in partnership with Grow Well. At The DMZ, Tina held multiple leadership roles, focusing on Black Innovations Programs and fostering connections for tech startups. Previous positions include Bilingual Program Manager at Plan International Canada, Sectoral Program Officer at Crossroads International, and Director of Program Development at Rainmaker Enterprise. Tina holds a Master's degree in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Ottawa.
