Gabriela Menin

Gabriela Menin currently serves as Brazil Lead at Innovate Animal Ag, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Gabriela worked at QuintoAndar from June 2021 to October 2025, where responsibilities included Operations Strategy Manager and Strategy Coordinator. Gabriela's experience also includes a tenure as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from April 2020 to June 2021, a Real Estate Development Intern at Cyrela in 2019, and an Assistant Real Estate Advisor at Coldwell Banker Commercial Italy in 2018. Additionally, Gabriela conducted academic research at CNPq focused on sustainable building materials from July 2015 to July 2016. Educational credentials include a Double Degree - Master of Science in Management of Built Environment from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP. Further education includes a course in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Oxford and an upcoming program in Animal Advocacy from Animal Advocacy Careers.
