Andy Thornley

Andy Thornley is an accomplished professional in regulatory and corporate affairs, currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Policy at Innovate Finance since September 2024. Previously, Andy held significant roles such as Head of Programme for Financial Services at techUK and Head of External Affairs at The Royal College of Radiologists. A notable tenure at BIBA as Head of Corporate Affairs involved overseeing Public Affairs and Digital Innovation for the leading trade body for insurance brokers in the UK.
