Kevin Foy

Kevin Foy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both real estate and healthcare. Currently serving as the Owner and Chief Visionary Officer at EXP Realty - Carolina Forest since December 2021 and the Office Owner and Managing Partner at Beach Realty Group since December 2019, Kevin combines entrepreneurial leadership with real estate expertise. Previously, Kevin held the position of Team Manager and Realtor at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. In the healthcare field, Kevin served as a Medical Officer in the Army National Guard and worked as a Certified Physician Assistant in various medical settings, including Pain Management Associates and the Emergency Department at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. Kevin's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sports Science from UNC-Chapel Hill, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant from Mountain State University, and an Associate of Arts from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College.
