Chloe Sanducci

Project Director, Project Unicorn at InnovateEDU

Chloe Sanducci has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 with roles at Industry Initiatives for Math and Science Education and Bay Area Community Resources (BACR), where they worked on STEM programs and curriculum development. In 2014, they also joined Teach For America as a Corps Member, teaching and supporting students until 2016.

From 2014 to 2017, Chloe worked at West Contra Costa Unified School District, serving as a 7th/8th Grade Mathematics Teacher and participating in various leadership roles. Chloe facilitated math department meetings, implemented cross-curriculum learning strategies, and led a cohort of teachers in implementing Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports (PBIS).

In 2017, Chloe transitioned to Uncommon Schools, where they worked as a 5th Grade Lead Mathematics Teacher. Chloe collaboratively planned and taught mathematics classes, analyzed assessment data for data-driven instruction, and aligned the curriculum to Common Core standards.

Starting in 2018, Chloe joined EVERFI as an Implementation Lead. In this role, they managed partnerships with schools and provided access to EVERFI courses for thousands of students. Chloe also facilitated communication with educators, led webinars, and supported remote learning for teachers.

In 2022, Chloe became an On Deck First 50 Fellow, exploring new opportunities and expanding their network. Chloe later joined InnovateEDU as a Project Manager and eventually as a Project Director for Project Unicorn. Chloe worked with school systems and edtech vendors to develop data interoperability strategies and promote open data standards in K12 education.

Chloe's work experience showcases their expertise in education, curriculum development, data analysis, and strategic project management.

Chloe Sanducci began their education in 2009 at Rutgers University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. Chloe attended Rutgers until 2014. In 2014, they continued their studies at Loyola Marymount University, focusing on Urban Education and Leadership. Chloe obtained a California Preliminary Single Subject Credential in Fundamental Mathematics during their time at Loyola Marymount. From 2015 to 2017, Chloe enrolled in the Teach Induction Program at West Contra Costa Unified School District, where they earned a Clear Single Subject Credential in Fundamental Mathematics.
