Tanya Birch

Tanya Birch is an experienced professional in the field of mental health and wellbeing within educational settings. Currently serving as an Intervention Support Officer at Innovating Minds since March 2022, Tanya collaborates with Senior Mental Health Leads from various schools across the country to enhance their mental health strategies and create supportive environments. Prior to this role, Tanya was the Designated Mental Health Lead at The Shepwell School from March 2014 to March 2022, where responsibilities included implementing evidence-based interventions for students. Tanya holds a Master's degree in Senior Leadership of Whole School Mental Health and Wellbeing from Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (SEN) from the University of Wolverhampton.
