Aprilan Woolworth

Aprilan Woolworth, RHIT, CPC, CRC, CDEO, currently serves as the Manager of Quality and Risk Adjustment at Innovation Care Partners since March 2024. With a strong background in risk adjustment and health information management, Aprilan previously worked as a Senior Risk Adjustment Professional at Humana and as a Director of Risk Adjustment Education at Evolent Health. Aprilan has extensive teaching experience as an Adjunct Professor at Phoenix College and has held various instructor roles, developing and implementing curricula for medical billing, coding, and health information management. Aprilan's entrepreneurial background includes founding AZ Premier Medical, LLC, where expertise in billing, coding, and EMR implementation was demonstrated. Educational achievements include degrees in Psychology, Health Care Management, and Health Information Management from institutions such as Ottawa University and Phoenix College.
