Dean Gagné

Dean Gagné has a diverse work experience, starting in 1999 as the President & CEO of Checkmate Strategic Planning Inc. Dean then moved on to Arcas Group Inc. in 2008, where they served as the Chief Research and Strategy Officer until 2013. In 2013, they joined the Innovation Federal Credit Union as the VP - Alternate Channel Banking, and then took on the role of Chief Omni and Digital Officer from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Chief Digital and Technology Officer, and in 2019, they became the Chief Disruption Officer at Innovation Federal Credit Union.

Dean Gagné attended the University of Saskatchewan from 1982 to 1986, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Their field of study focused on Marketing and Finance.
