Currently serving as an Audit and Compliance Analyst and previously as a Senior Security Analyst at Innovation Federal Credit Union since September 2017, James has been integral in enhancing operational capabilities. Prior to this role, James spent nearly 14 years at Celero Solutions, where responsibilities included managing a $1 million budget for Desktop Operations, developing customer service contracts, and delivering technical solutions to support approximately 3000 end-users in the financial sector. James’s earlier career includes roles at London Drugs and EDS Corporation, complemented by academic backgrounds in Information Technology Administration and Computer Science from the University of Regina and the Career Development Institute of Technology.
