Sheldon Hess, MBA, C.Dir. has extensive experience in the financial industry. Sheldon began their career at Moosomin Credit Union in 1995 as a Management Trainee. From there, they joined Southwest Credit Union in various roles, including Financial Analyst and Manager of Corporate Accounting. In 2007, Sheldon moved to Innovation Federal Credit Union, where they served as Manager of Finance before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2011. Throughout their career, Sheldon has consistently demonstrated their expertise and leadership in financial management.

Sheldon Hess, MBA, C.Dir., completed their education in a chronological order. Sheldon earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan in 1995. In 2000, they obtained an Associate degree in the Credit Union Institute of Canada (ACUIC). In 2002, Sheldon earned the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) Designation. Sheldon further pursued their education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Athabasca University between 2014 and 2017. Sheldon is currently enrolled in the Chartered Director Program at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
