Ani Chemilian

Ani Chemilian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Strategy and Special Projects Lead at Innovation Endeavors, Ani contributes to a venture firm focused on transformative innovation. Previous roles include Head of Operations at Heygo, a startup offering virtual tours, and Chief of Staff at Royal LePage Your Community Realty, where Ani also acted as a licensed Real Estate Broker, achieving nearly $25 million in sales. Additionally, Ani co-founded a real estate tech company and worked as a Venture Manager at Creative Destruction Lab, fostering the growth of AI and Quantum Computing startups. Ani holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a Piano Performance Diploma from The Royal Conservatory of Music.
