Rebecca Lucia is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in venture capital and investment management. Currently serving as CFO and Operating Partner at Innovation Endeavors, Rebecca is also a member of the Board of Directors for the National Venture Capital Association and has participated in the CFO Taskforce. As a Board member since 2018 and Chair from 2020 to 2022 at VCBC, Rebecca has demonstrated leadership and governance in the venture community. Previously, Rebecca held the positions of Partner and CFO/COO at 5AM Ventures and Chief Financial Officer at Prospect Venture Partners. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and certification from the CFA Institute.
