Jackie Roberts

Jackie Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jackie currently holds the position of Director of Canadian Operations at Innovation First International since November 2019. Prior to that, from June 2019 to November 2019, they worked as a Store Administrator at Shoppers Drug Mart. Jackie also spent a significant amount of time working as an Office Administrator at Reachingout Family Homes from February 2007 to November 2019. Before that, they served as an Office Manager at Parterre Flooring Systems from January 2006 to January 2007. Earlier in their career, Jackie worked as an Administrative Assistant-Sales Dept at Shnier, Gesco Limited Partnership from April 2005 to December 2005. Jackie also worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Suzuki Canada Inc. in 2003 and as a Corporate Sales Coordinator at Sameday Worldwide (Former Sameday Right-O-Way) from 1998 to 2003.

Jackie Roberts holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from York University. Additionally, Jackie has obtained several certifications, including a Certificate of Completion in Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Ontario Regulation 429/07, CPR & First Aid in September 2017, Valid Driver License, and Quality Assurance Measures Training in 2015.
