Carmine Catalana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the dairy industry, serving as President at Cumberland Dairy since 1980 and actively contributing to McDonald's various councils, including roles as Treasurer and Chairman of the Supplier Advisory Council, as well as President of the Dairy Council. Since founding Innovation Foods in 2007, Carmine has been crucial in advancing the company’s objectives. Active in industry associations, Carmine has held board positions with organizations such as the International Dairy Foods Association and the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy. Carmine's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College and graduate studies at Saint Joseph's University, alongside specialized training at McDonald’s Hamburger University.
