Matt Kumar is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector. As the Founder, President, and CEO of Software Incubator, Inc. since 2000, Matt has focused on leveraging big data for real estate decision-making. In addition, Matt co-founded and currently serves as the Chairman and Managing Partner of Innovation Incubator Inc. and Innovation Incubator Holding LLC, guiding the creation of software and services across multiple industries. Through various ventures such as PropMix.io and Indunia, Matt is dedicated to enhancing user experience in real estate markets. Prior to these roles, Matt worked as a Project Manager at CA Technologies after earning a Master's degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology.
