Rick Bell is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in acquisition and development, particularly in multifamily and senior housing sectors. As President of Bell Realty Ventures, Inc. since 2012, Rick has overseen projects exceeding $2 billion, currently directing a West Coast acquisitions platform for a major multifamily affordable housing developer. In August 2023, Rick transitioned to Senior Vice President at Innovation Properties Group, Inc., leading the Multifamily and Senior Housing Group. Previously, Rick served as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at AF Evans from 2004 to 2012, where significant achievements included the successful sale of a substantial affordable housing portfolio during challenging market conditions. Rick's background also includes leadership roles at Carmel Partners and The Rosewood Corporation, focusing on multifamily acquisitions and upscale senior living developments, respectively. Rick holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
