Ashley Ray

Ashley Ray has a diverse work background, spanning various roles and industries. Ashley began their career as an intern at Blessman Ministries, Inc. in 2017, where they gained valuable experience. In 2018, Ashley became a Sales Representative at the same company, a role they held until 2020. During this time, they also worked as a Management Trainee, Management Assistant, and Assistant Manager at Enterprise Holdings from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, Ashley served as a Girls Basketball Coach at BeyondBall starting in 2019. Ashley then joined Equifax as a Talent Acquisition Partner in 2022 before taking on the position of Sales Development Representative at Innovation Refunds later that year. Throughout their career, Ashley has honed their skills in sales, coaching, talent acquisition, and management.

Ashley Ray earned their Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Business Management and Marketing from Upper Iowa University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Iowa Central Community College from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained their Associate's degree in Business. Additionally, Ashley Ray has obtained certifications such as the Beamery Talent Acquisition for Recruiter Certification and the Beamery Talent Acquisition for Sourcer Certification from Beamery in December 2022.
