Erik Stenberg

Erik Stenberg is an experienced professional with a diverse background in innovation management and business development. Currently serving as an Innovation Manager and Project Coordinator at Innovation Skåne AB since November 2017, Erik also plays a leadership role at Malmö Yrkeshögskola as the Chair of the Management Group. Additionally, Erik has experience as a Business Developer at Pluto Technologies, focusing on AI monitoring of road infrastructure, and co-founded Rude Food, an initiative aimed at reducing food waste through upcycling. Erik's entrepreneurial spirit is further demonstrated through the co-founding of Tunaspot and previous positions, including Innovation and Cluster Manager at Mobile Heights and Assistant Network Manager at Öresund IT. Erik holds a master's degree in Economics from Lund University and has held various leadership roles in student organizations and project management throughout their career.
