Will Cruz is currently the Entrepreneur in Residence at The Innovation Space. Will has previously served as the President of Corporate Strategy at Nerudia, a international consulting firm focused on regulatory affairs and science management services. Will has also been the Chief Strategy Officer at Smart Vision Labs, a medical device enterprise focused on ophthalmology RX solutions. In addition to their work in the private sector, Will has also been involved with UTEC - The University of Tokyo Edge Capital Partners as a limited partner and Kawasumi Laboratories America as a corporate turnaround specialist.

Will Cruz has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University. Will also has a Master of Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics. In addition, they are certified by the Alchemist Accelerator in Alumni, the Purdue Foundry in Double Down Experiment, and Wall Street Prep in Financial Modeling Specialist.
