Laura Saxby Lynch

Laura Saxby Lynch serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for AAA Western and Central New York since January 2023. Lynch is a member of the Orthopaedics Advisory Council at the University of Rochester and has held multiple positions in community organizations, including Trustee Council member at WXXI Public Broadcasting since September 2020 and Campaign Cabinet member at United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes since the same year. Additionally, Lynch has been a Member At Large on The Strong's Executive Committee since January 2007. Previously, Lynch had a distinguished career at Paychex as Corporate Communications Director until retirement in July 2020 and served as Senior Vice President of Communications at United Way of Greater Rochester from 1997 to 2000. Lynch began a career in journalism as an Anchor/Reporter at WHEC-TV from 1985 to 1997. A graduate of St. Bonaventure University, Lynch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication.
