Deborah Jenkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Innovation Unit since May 2021, Deborah focuses on creating impact, reducing inequalities, and transforming systems. In addition, Deborah has been a Director at Compass Consulting Services Ltd since August 2017, delivering professional consultancy services. Previous roles include Executive Director for Merger Transition at Humankind Charity, Interim Director of Innovation & Growth at Blenheim CDP, and Associate Director at PPL, among others. Deborah's background includes senior management positions in consulting and project management, with a strong emphasis on empowering individuals and organizations to foster positive change. Deborah holds a BSc(Hons) from the University of Bristol.
