Jennie Winhall is a prominent social innovator and service design consultant, currently serving as Founder and Director of ALT/Now since May 2016, where initiatives focus on practical system innovation aimed at addressing significant social challenges. In addition, Jennie holds the position of Fellow at Doteveryone, exploring how technology can enhance individual capabilities within online life. As Program Director at ALT/Now in collaboration with The Banff Centre, Jennie oversees programs tackling economic inequality. Past roles include Director of Social Innovation at the Rockwool Foundation, where Jennie provided design leadership for service solutions for disconnected youth, and Director of Design and Innovation at Participle, focusing on socio-economic issues through innovative public services. Jennie's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Product Design from The Glasgow School of Art.
