Rachel Shapcott is a Senior Innovation Consultant specializing in mental health at Innovation Unit since December 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel served as a Strategy Partner in Product and Platform Development at the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families from February 2021 to November 2022, and worked as a Programme Manager at Nesta Challenges focusing on the Rapid Recovery Network in late 2020. Rachel has extensive Programme Manager experience at Nesta, overseeing initiatives such as the EdTech Innovation Fund and the Future News Fund, as well as implementing evaluation tools for the Amplified Programme. Rachel holds a Foundation certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's University London, a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Westminster, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Coventry University.
