Linda Hill is a distinguished academic and business leader, currently serving as Co-Founder of InnovationForce and Paradox Strategies since 2023 and 2016, respectively. Linda holds the position of Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School while also contributing as an Advisory Board Member at Eight Inc. and Calit2 - UC Irvine Division. Additionally, Linda is a member of the Board of Trustees at ArtCenter College of Design and sits on the Board of Directors for Relay Therapeutics and Harvard Business Publishing. Previously, Linda served on the Board of Directors for State Street and Eaton from 2000 to 2018 and 2012 to 2017, respectively. Linda's educational background includes a PhD in Behavioral Sciences and an MA in Educational Psychology from the University of Chicago, as well as a BA in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College.
