Arthur K. is a CPA with extensive experience in finance and administration roles. CPA Arthur is currently working at Innovations for Poverty Action as an Associate Director, Finance - East Africa. Prior to this, they held positions such as Senior Finance Manager, Senior Finance & IT Manager, and Finance & Procurement Manager at the same organization. CPA Arthur has also worked as a Finance Manager at Save the Children and as a Finance & Administration Manager at ACDI/VOCA. Arthur's earlier experience includes roles at FHI 360, Academy for Educational Development, Ukulima East Africa, and Njagi Issac & Associates as well.

CPA Arthur K. obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Finance from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa. CPA Arthur also pursued a Certified Public Accountant qualification from Kenya College of Accountancy. Later, they completed an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi. Additionally, they earned an Executive Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management Kenya. In the future, they plan to pursue a degree in COSO Internal Control Environment Framework from AICPA.
