Bárbara Sparrow

Bárbara Sparrow is the Deputy Country Director of IPA Peru & Paraguay and was previously a Policy Manager at IPA Peru. Before working for IPA, she worked as coordinator of the Ministry of Education of Peru’s Innovation Lab (MineduLAB), an innovation lab created with the support of J-PAL and IPA that pilots and evaluates the effectiveness of low-cost education innovations within the government of Peru. She has also worked as a Consultant and Assistant Researcher at GRADE. She holds an MSc in Economics and Finance from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics and a BSc in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico.
