Kenneth McGuire

Kenneth McGuire is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare and finance. Currently serving as President & Chief Executive Officer of Innovations Health Systems, Kenneth oversees operational and financial aspects of a healthcare holding company in Northern California. Previously, Kenneth co-founded and chaired Innovations Health Devices, a manufacturer and distributor of durable medical equipment. Kenneth has also held academic roles as an Adjunct Faculty/Lecturer at UC Davis, where courses focused on Turnaround Management and Integrated Change Management. In prior positions, Kenneth led Horizon West HealthCare as President & CEO, managed significant financial operations at Wachovia Bank, and directed regional production at Bank of the West. Kenneth holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a BS in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, along with a Winemaking Certificate from UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education.
