Rebecca Ruhlman

Rebecca Ruhlman currently serves as the Client Experience Director at Innovatis Group, a position held since January 2022, and has also taken on the role of Senior Program Strategy Manager at the International Avaya User Group since November 2022. With a strong background in community management, Ruhlman has been instrumental in overseeing operations for various user groups, including the VMware User Group and the Mitel User Group, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development, member engagement, and volunteer management. Prior experience includes leadership consultancy with Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women, where Ruhlman focused on organizational training and assessments. Ruhlman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Michigan State University.
