Harpreet South

Harpreet South currently serves as the Head of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance for North America at Innovative Beauty Group since November 2025. Prior to this role, Harpreet held positions including Head of Scientific Affairs & Quality Assurance at Shoppers Drug Mart Specialty Health Network and Regional Vice President QSHE in Europe at Kuehne+Nagel. Harpreet's career also includes serving as IMEx Quality Compliance Director at Reckitt, Quality Systems Management, Complaint Vigilance at Johnson & Johnson, and Director of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs at Accuristix, among other roles in regulatory affairs and quality management across various companies. Harpreet graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto.
