Lisle Ventura

Lisle Ventura has over 30 years of work experience. From 1986 to 1990, they worked as an Administrative Officer for the U.S. Department of State's Office of Foreign Missions, providing oversight of frozen assets for Iran, Iraq and Cambodian Bank accounts, as well as support services for all employees. From 1990 to 1999, Ventura held two roles at Harris Corporation as Manager of Airport Authority Contract and Building Manager. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as a Telecommunications Auditor for Saks Fifth Avenue, auditing telecommunications invoices and negotiating improved cost and term for circuits and calling plans. From 2000 to 2006, Ventura was an Analyst CABS Billing at Cox Communications. From 2006 to 2008, they were Manager of Carrier Access Disputes and Collections at Cox Communications, reducing outstanding disputes from $4M to $750k. From 2008 to 2017, Ventura was Director of National Carrier Operations at Cox Communications, providing leadership and strategic direction to hit yearly revenue targets. From 2017 to 2018, they were Manager of Carrier Client Services at Spectrum Enterprise. Lastly, from 2018 to 2022, Ventura has been a Franchise owner/operator at Shred415 and a Telecommunications Consultant at Cox Communications. Currently, they are the Director of Revenue Assurance at Innovative Business Solutions, LLC.

Lisle Ventura is currently pursuing ICHWC certification at Expert Coach Center, which they began in 2018. Lisle previously attended Phoenix Strategies in 2022, where they studied Mediation. Lisle also holds a BA in Political Science from Boston University and an MA in East Asian Studies from The George Washington University.
