Ricky Smith

Ricky Smith serves as the President of Technical Operations at Innovative Business Technologies, INC. since 2008, where responsibilities include developing IT strategies that enhance the Cloud Services portfolio while ensuring data security and business continuity. Prior experience includes a decade as Director of Technical Services at McKesson and a role as Systems Engineer at both B.T. Alex. Brown and Millennium Inorganic Chemicals. Ricky started the professional journey in telecommunications as a Technician at Tower Federal Credit Union and served in the US Army in a telecommunications role from 1988 to 1994. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University.
