Haley Sims

Haley Sims is a seasoned professional in event management with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Event Manager at Innovative Captive Strategies since December 2021, Haley previously held multiple roles at ITA Group, Inc. from November 2015 to November 2021, including Account Manager and Registration Program Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at Nationwide Insurance as an Associate Claims Specialist, Orchestrate Hospitality and Golden Openings as a Marketing and Sales/Event Intern, and roles at Global Spectrum and Glen Oaks Country Club as a Lifeguard. Haley holds a Bachelor's degree in Meeting and Event Planning from Iowa State University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
