Meg Hein

Meg Hein is an experienced event management professional currently serving as Event Manager at Lincoln Park Zoo since January 2022, overseeing a variety of events within the "Family and Fitness" portfolio. Previously, Meg worked as an Event Planning Specialist for Wounded Warrior Project from January 2020 to February 2022, where Meg coordinated event logistics to support wounded warriors and their families. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Event Logistics and Logistics Coordinator at Ragan Communications and PR Daily, where coordination of over 50 events annually took place. Additionally, Meg served as Event Planner for the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers and held various positions in the food service industry and legal support roles earlier in the career. Meg holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University.
