Matt Durham

Matthew Durham is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in employee benefits, investment banking, and asset management. Currently serving as AVP/Shareholder and Director of Agency Partnerships at Innovative Captive Strategies since March 2019, Matthew has previously held leadership positions such as Vice President at First American Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing the Employee Benefits business unit within Wealth Management to enhance client satisfaction and drive growth. Additional experience includes roles at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Associate and Northern Trust as an Associate Relationship Manager, among others. Matthew holds degrees from Iowa State University and the University of Newcastle.
