Joseph Huntsberry

Joseph Huntsberry has a wide range of experience in the technology field. Joseph started their career at Solectron Texas LP as a Lead Electronics Technician, where they supervised a team and conducted troubleshooting of temperature failures. Joseph then worked at Apple as a Customer Support Technician, providing assistance to customers with Apple devices and determining if a repair was necessary. At the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, Joseph served as a Computer Rollout Technician, configuring and installing new PC units and migrating user data. Joseph later joined Austin American-Statesman as a Technical Analyst 2/Help Desk, where they set up user accounts and performed assembly and maintenance of PCs. Joseph also worked at Austin American Statesman as a MAC/PC Computer Technician, servicing reporters and designers at different locations. As a Network Specialist at Dahill Industries, they provided excellent customer service and configured various networking protocols. Joseph'smost recent role was as a Support Engineer at Innovative Computing Systems, Inc., where they monitored client servers and network devices and investigated alerts. Overall, Joseph's experience spans across troubleshooting, customer support, hardware and software maintenance, and network configuration.

Joseph Huntsberry began their education at Lake Arthur High School from 1987 to 1994. During their time there, they pursued a field of study in Electronics Engineering and Advanced Electronics Technology and successfully graduated. Shortly after, they enrolled in the U.S. Navy Advanced Electronics program from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a certification in Advanced Electronics. Following their service in the Navy, Joseph attended DeVry University from 1995 to 1997, focusing on Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Although they did not complete their degree during this time, it provided him with valuable knowledge in the field.
