Rick Martin has over 20 years of work experience in project management and technical operations. Rick is currently working as the Project Management Lead at Innovative Computing Systems, Inc. Rick joined the company in 2017 as a Technical Project Manager and was promoted to their current role in September 2020.

Before joining Innovative Computing Systems, Inc., Rick worked at Radiant RFID as a Sr. Project Manager from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Everi Holdings Inc. as a Sr. Project Manager from 2014 to 2016. Rick was responsible for launching several hardware platforms and software systems during their tenure.

Rick's work experience also includes working as a Sr. Project Manager at Multimedia Games from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they were employed as a Sr. Project Manager, Technical Operations at Wi-Fi Alliance from 2006 to 2008. In addition, they served as the Director of Operations at Smiley Media in 2006, where they managed the day-to-day operations of an internet advertising network start-up.

Rick began their career in 2001 at National Instruments Corporation as a Product Manager. Rick co-managed modular test and measurement instrument platforms and was involved in product management and project management responsibilities. Rick achieved significant revenue growth and decreased RMA rates during their time at National Instruments Corporation.

Overall, Rick Martin has a diverse range of experience in project management, technical operations, and product management across multiple industries, including gaming, technology, and advertising.

Rick Martin obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, which they attended from 1986 to 1990. Rick then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering from the same university, completing it from 1990 to 1991. Later on, they attended the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1999 to 2001, earning an MBA in General Business Management. In 2005, they received a Certificate in Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin.

Rick Martin has also obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. In 1997, they became a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, certified by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. Rick earned the Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in September 2005. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in July 2015, as well as the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the same institution in June 2015.
