Elizabeth Kirk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and mental health counseling. Currently serving as Person In Charge at Innovative Dining Group since May 2017, Elizabeth focuses on hospitality, guest relations, and internal training. Previous roles include Head of Service Management at The Ness Center and various positions at Innovative Dining Group, including Lead Server and Service Team Lead. Elizabeth also contributed to 790 KABC as Weekend Programming and wrote for Miami Living Magazine. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Mental Health Counseling from UCLA Extension and a degree in Communication and Sociology from the University of Colorado Denver.

Founded in 1997, Innovative Dining Group (IDG) is known for its success in reimagining concepts including the steakhouse, sushi bars, robatayaki, and teppanyaki restaurants.
