Cortny Ray

As the Director of Enrollment Services, Cortny oversees the Student Records/Assigning, Attendance, Parent Support/Intake departments, and main reception at IEM. Some of her responsibilities include identifying and implementing legislative changes that affect the IEM departments to ensure legal compliance, oversight of annual state and federal reporting, and facilitating and administering best policies and practices insuring the accuracy of record keeping and privacy. Cortny believes that a parent knows their student best, and optimizing a parent’s choice to make educational decisions for their student supports an environment that develops a life-long learner. She has worked for IEM since 2006, and holds a Bachelor of Business Management, including certification in Project Management, and a Master of Business Administration.
