Tiana Shackleton

Tiana Shackleton has a diverse work experience. Tiana started their career at Pacific Lutheran University, where they worked as a Psychology Faculty Research Assistant, in addition to roles in Dining Services and as a Tour Guide. After that, they joined Starbucks and worked their way up from being a Barista to becoming a Store Manager. Tiana also served as an Assistant Store Manager and a Shift Manager at different times. Tiana then transitioned to the education sector, joining Carrington College as an Enrollment Advisor. In this role, they exceeded performance targets and built professional relationships to generate inquiries. Tiana later became an Assistant Director of Admissions and eventually the Director of Enrollment Services, where they managed and developed a team of employees to provide excellent customer service to prospective and enrolled students. Throughout their career, Tiana has demonstrated leadership, coaching, and training skills.

Tiana Shackleton's education history began in 2011 when they enrolled at Pacific Lutheran University. Tiana pursued a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology and Business, completing their studies in 2015. Tiana then furthered their education at Southern New Hampshire University from 2015 to 2017, obtaining a Master of Psychology degree with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
