Alex P. has substantial experience in leadership and coaching roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Sales - New Business & Partnerships at Innovative Educators since February 2017, Alex previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at the same company. Alex's past experience includes work as a Fellow Coach at BetterUp from April 2017 to June 2022, a Success Coach and Learning Center Manager at Tulane University from July 2014 to January 2017, and an Assistant Manager at Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast from November 2013 to March 2016. Earlier roles include Community Director and House Director at Tulane University and Delta Gamma, respectively, as well as Residence Hall Director and Summer Conference Coordinator at Colorado Mesa University. Alex holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Ohio University and an ADDCA Coaching Certificate specializing in ADHD and Executive Function Coaching. A Bachelor of Arts in History was earned from Colorado Mesa University.
