Christina Herrman

Christina Herrman has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Christina currently serves as the VP of Client Delivery at Innovative Employee Solutions since December 2021. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2021, they worked at Randstad Sourceright as the Sr. Director of Total Talent Solutions, overseeing MSP, RPO, Payroll, and 1099 solutions. Before joining Randstad, they held a role in the Human Resources department at the El Dorado County Office of Education from 2007 to 2013. Christina also has experience in the staffing industry, having worked as an Account Executive at TempWorks Staffing Software from 1998 to 2001 and as a Senior Customer Service Executive at Manpower from 1995 to 1998.

Christina Herrman holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from California State University-Sacramento. In addition to their educational qualifications, they have obtained the Challenger Sale Foundations certification from Randstad Sourceright in June 2021.
