Grace Coulter

Grace Coulter, SHRM-CP, is a dedicated human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Staff Associate at Innovative Employee Solutions since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Director of Corporate Relations for the SHRM San Diego State University Chapter from December 2020 to January 2022, and an Employee Relations intern at Bank of the West where collaboration on the Fundamentally Different Employer initiative took place.
