Swapna Anand

Swapna Anand is a professional in the field of food science and technology, currently serving as a Junior Executive in Research and Development at Sumeru since January 2023. Previously, Swapna worked as a QA/QC Executive at Shanti Foods Processing Industry, where responsibilities included evaluating the quality of raw materials and finished products, and improving quality metrics reports. Swapna's experience also includes a Project Intern position at CSIR−Central Food Technological Research Institute and an Operations Executive role at Madan Gobal Agro, focusing on audits, pest control coordination, and production hygiene. Swapna holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from DY Patil University and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of I.T And Biotechnology, along with an HSC in Science from DV NSS HSS.
