Zilose Lyons

Prior to joining the IGI, Zilose worked for the California-China Climate Institute at the UC Berkeley Law School, and the UC Berkeley Center for Emerging and Neglected Diseases. She holds a BA in Sustainable Development Studies from UC Berkeley, and a minor in Global Poverty and Practice. She is also a graduate of Contra Costa Community College and holds a Journalism and Public Relations diploma from Evelyn Hone College of Applied Arts and Commerce in Lusaka, Zambia.

Zilose is passionate about the promises of genomic science and improving access to gene editing therapies.
