Paulette Gillam

Paulette Gillam has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paulette is currently the Regional Sales Director at Innovative Homecare Solutions, Inc., where they manage the sales team for a private duty homecare and medical staffing agency. Paulette also previously served as the Director of Client Services at the same company. Before joining Innovative Homecare Solutions, Inc., Paulette worked as a Substitute Teacher at Keeneyville District 20 and as a Home Health Liaison at Heartland Home Health Inc. Paulette also held roles at Lexington Home Healthcare and Hospice, Apria Healthcare, Mark Drug and Hospital Supply, and VITAS Healthcare. Paulette is a recent graduate of Eastern Illinois University and the College of DuPage.

Paulette Gillam obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Communication from Eastern Illinois University in 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Health Communication from the College of DuPage between 2017 and 2020. Paulette also holds a High School Diploma from Lake Park High School, which they completed in 1984. Additionally, they have completed courses and received training in Education from the Illinois State Board of Education, qualifying their as a Substitute Teacher/ParaProfessional.
