William Laboy has over 26 years of work experience in the medical device industry. William started their career in 1990 at Boston Scientific as an Engineering Specialist, where they gained strong knowledge in laser technology for manufacturing processes. William also became fully bilingual in English and Spanish and developed excellent customer service skills. In 2016, they joined Innovative Laser Technologies as a Senior Field Service Engineer. Throughout their career, they have worked with various laser systems including Lumonics JK701, Luxstar, Rofin Lasag SLS200, KLS16, Trumpf Laser Marker Workstation 5000 with 6330 laser, Unitek Miyachi Laser, and others. William has trained operators and engineering personnel in the use of these laser systems and is experienced in laser process development and validation.
William Laboy earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, where they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their bachelor's degree in Electronics from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, studying from 1993 to 1996.
