Shaun Walsh, PMP, CISSP, ITIL SOv3

Shaun Walsh has extensive work experience in program management and technology leadership roles. Shaun currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Innovative Management Concepts, Inc. since March 2020. Previously, Shaun worked as a Principal at Shamrock Management & Technology Group, Inc. from July 2010, providing strategic oversight for new business opportunities and supporting in-house operations and projects for multiple clients.

Shaun also held the position of Senior Program Manager at Gemini Industries, Inc. from January 2019 to October 2019, where they managed the Secretary of the Air Force's Concept, Development, and Management office, providing Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance support.

Prior to that, Shaun worked as a Senior Program Manager at Pragmatics, Inc. from February 2014 to January 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing the development and integration of the Global Combat Support System - Joint (GCSS-J), a global logistics system of record.

Shaun has also held various leadership positions, including Corporate Program Manager at SkyePoint Decisions, Inc. and Director at Quality Business Engineering (QBE) and NetCentrics. Shaun has led programs with clients such as the Department of State, Department of the Treasury, U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and the U.S. Army's Program Executive Officer, Enterprise Information Systems.

Before joining SkyePoint Decisions, Inc., QBE, and NetCentrics, Shaun served as a Director at General Dynamics Information Technology, where they led programs with the U.S. Army's Program Executive Officer, Enterprise Information Systems and Command Control and Communications, Tactical.

Shaun's earlier work experience includes the role of Vice President/CIO at FC Business Systems, where they provided program strategy and oversaw projects for DoD and civilian clients and served as the Chief Information Security Officer for the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund. Shaun also served as a Director at Universal Hi-Tech Development.

Shaun holds certifications in Project Management (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and ITIL Service Operations v3.

Shaun Walsh, PMP, CISSP, ITIL SOv3, has a strong educational background in project management and aerospace science. In 1979, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in Aerospace Science from the University of North Dakota. Later in 2006, they obtained a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Regis University.

In addition to their formal education, Walsh has obtained several certifications in various fields. In 2001, they achieved the Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification from the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium ((ISC)²). Shaun also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2005. Moreover, in 2004, they received the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification from Cisco. Lastly, in 2009, they earned the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 Foundations certification from Loyalist Exam Services.
