Jack Stagge has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jack began their career as the Owner/Director of North County and Escondido Physical Therapy from June 1980 to June 1994. Following that, they co-owned Associates in Physical Therapy from January 1995 to October 2008. In 2000, they transitioned to become the Director at IMTS, where they held the role until the present. Lastly, in May 2009, they became a Co-Founder of Faces4Hope.org, where they continue to contribute.

Jack Stagge attended San Diego State University from 1972 to 1975, where they studied Zoology/Animal Biology.
